The Price listed or displayed whether in NPR or Foreign Currency represents the full price of the product. Prices of our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuation of the Service. Domestic (Within Nepal) and International Delivery charges will be applicable unless otherwise mentioned.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products and services may be limited to quantity or may not be subject to return or exchange.

We have made every effort to display information as accurately as possible, especially the images and colours. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or phone screen display any colour as accurately.

We also reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product or services that we offer. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders place by or under the same customer account, the same payment method and/or orders that use same billing and/or shipping account.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting he email and/or billing phone number provided at the time of order. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at Shibori Nepal. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including email address and other details so that you could complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

10. Manufacturing and Shipping Time

SHIBORI NEPAL is a made-on-order Brand to minimize the wastage, which means that we custom make each garment only after the order is received.

Manufacturing Time: Time taken to manufacture the order is a minimum of 4-7 days, depending on the product, unless otherwise stated. And delivery time is added thereon.

There might be slight delays in production sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances. For example heavy rains could delay hand-printing, and hence the order, this will be informed by the team.

Delivery Within Kathmandu Valley: 1-3 days after it reaches the delivery company Total Time Taken: Around10-12 working days except Saturdays and Public Holidays Delivery Outside Kathmandu Valley : 4-8 Days depending on place. Total Time Taken: Around 15 working days except Saturdays and Public Holidays

NOTE: It might sometimes take longer to reach due to unforeseen circumstances like for example Curfew/Landslide, contacting problems

DUTIES and Taxes for International Orders: Duties and Taxes for International orders are not included in your order and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at checkout. The amount charged varies country to country and are usually charged at the time of port entry.

11. Other Brands

As part of our CSR, we would also like to include some other Nepali Made-in-Nepal brands who have similar asthetics and brand values. Being on this site, we would like to promote them too, despite not being legally or otherwise, associated with us.

We do not take responsibility of their product, quality, brand name, or any other guarantee or warranty. The sole purpose of their products and services on the website is for their promotion so we could given them a platform to promote themselves through us. We at SHIBORI NEPAL believe in taking Nepalese products to the global platform, and are honoured to be part of their journey to the world stage.
