We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from our end. If the size ordered is small/ does not fit, we will not be able to exchange as we made size as per your order was received. However, we will be happy to assist you in any manner if it is within our possibilities. Please write to us at info@shiborinepal.com.

For exchanging piece of damage/defect or size ordered is bigger than the original piece sent to you (if applicable), please return to us the garment, and we would be happy to mend/make a new one if applicable and ship it to you again for free. In some cases, we might request you to come visit us at our workstudio for new measurements before we make a replacement if you live within Kathmandu.

Size bigger than order: For example, you ordered size 36 but your actual size is 41, the garment will not fit. We only make on order and hence we will not be able to exchange or return, however, we would be happy to send you another one for an extra cost if you like (extra cost will be slightly less than original price)

All other delivery charges except the first one free if announced will be applicable. This will apply to deliveries done on 2nd attempt, if you are not home or were not able to take the delivery on the 1st attempted delivery by the delivery company.
