Once the order is placed through the website, you could cancel and refund the order within 24 hours, or before the order has started production, whichever first. We have the right to cancel and refund as our model works on “made-on-order” basis. Once an order goes into production, cancellation and refund is not possible. The whole process of raw material to the final product involves labour and hand intensive work. It is a lot of hard work and perseverance put into each product before it reaches you. All these processes are slow and labour intensive: and human errors and unexpected delays associated with them can not be avoided many a times.

Please note that our timeline does not include such unforeseen and not-in-our-control delays. In such circumstances, your order will be processes and dispathed after our production and suppy chains resume smoothly in any of the events like natural disaster, war, calamity, weather or epidemic have passed.
